Matariki

As part of our Inquiry work we looked into what Matariki meant to us and those around us.

Here are some really cool reports on Matariki.
We had to do our own research and then write our information up as a report.
We then had to publish our work using Publisher.

Musical Maths

This week we have been learning about musical maths. Mr Lobb, Miss Downes and  Ms Donald taught us about crotchets, crotchet rests and pair of quavers. We had to make our own tune and then perform it to the class. After that we figured out how many musical symbols there would be if we went through our piece of music 3 times.

Term 2 Assembly

Weight Maths

This is our wacky weight maths. If you put equipment on the scales, the numbers will change. Weight is gravity that pulls you down to the ground.

Production

In week 10 we will be doing the best production in the world. Room 13 will be dancing to a song. We are so excited to learn our dance for our song.
